Elinta Motors' 3rd generation EDS.33 series motor controllers are available with both IGBT and SiC technologies. With power levels ranging from 120kW to 300kW, these controllers ensure a smooth and efficient drive algorithm, providing great torque response. Designed for high performance and reliability, they feature advanced thermal management and ISO26262 compatible safety features.
AC motor power delivery is implemented by liquid cooled Infineon FS03 Series SiC module. EDS.33.800.SIC Motor inverter utilizes Indirect FOC motor drive algorithm providing great torque response and efficiency.
