SOFTWARE

We develop cutting-edge software solutions that complement our advanced electric vehicle components. With a commitment to innovation and reliability, our in-house software is integrated across all our components, enhancing performance, efficiency, and user experience.

HARDWARE

In-house design and development of key powertrain components allows us to customize, scale, or develop new products for custom applications. Our core competences includes motor, inverter, vehicle systems, and battery technologies.

INTEGRATION

With in-depth components knowledge we help our customers to integrate standard or customized powertrains. Collaboration with our customers ensures smooth process from design to validation and certfication of the vehicle.

During concept stage of a new product or system we help identify key features and requirements, providing calculations and performance estimations.

Design stage is based on all automotive standards and analysis tools including FMEA, ISO26262, ISO21434.

Product prototype is designed, assembled and tested, with in-house laboratory we test performance, efficiency, EMI making sure that all parameters meet specifications.

Each component or system is tested to ensure its specifications meets standards and design is ready for series production.

Working with our partners we provide full UN homologation including ECE R-85, ECE R-100, ECE R-10 for all designed components. For vehicle systems we help our customers to ensure smooth certfication process.

Together with Elinta group, we have 30+ years of expierience in design top level robotized assembly lines for high volume automotive production.

Working under IATF-16949 we ensure our customer for aftersales support for at least 15 years of product design.
